Nick Charlie Key is the creator, writer, host and producer of The Fantastic History of Food. He launched the independent podcast in 2019 to tell remarkable historical stories through something everyone understands: food.
Each episode begins with a peculiar question or overlooked event, then follows the people and decisions that turned it into a story worth hearing. The result is narrative history that is carefully researched, approachable and willing to enjoy the absurdity of the past.
